Old Business: The Endowment Committee
is formulating plans to announce to the congregation details of our Endowment
Plan. This will start on Apr. 19 and run for several Sundays with various pieces of information on the plan.
New Business: Jane Nutt has asked to
be removed from the list of people authorized to sign checks. Gary Oberlander
has accepted to be the new signee for our checks.
We have received another check from
the Joy Scholarship Endowment for $788.86. It will be held in a restricted
account until dispersed. Complete information about the guidelines of the fund
will appear in the April Newsletter for the congregation.
Discussed having a Memorial Plaque to
honor those who have remembered the church in their wills and trusts and a book
of remembrance for those who have passed away.
Further discussion on this at next meeting.
