Committee approved 3 fund raisers. 1.
A Taste of Italy Dinner on 4/30/16. Sale to run 4/10 through 4/27.
2. A sale of Tippin’s Pies. Sale runs
10/2 through 10/16. Delivery on 11/13.
3. Christmas Fruit Sale. Sale runs
from 11/13 to 11/27. Delivery on 12/4.
Approved the purchase of 2000
Notecards to be used by Pastor Pat and the Deacons at a cost of $578.50. This
should last the church for several years.
There was a profit of $372.16 from our
hosting the Presbytery Meeting. We will check with Gary Oberlander to see if
there was any extra expense on the purchase of the tee shirts. If not, this
money will be applied to our per capita expense and sent to the Presbytery.
Since Paul Luce will be living in
Texas, and will continue to be our Treasurer it was decided that he should
have direct access to our bank statements and they will be emailed to him from
bank.
