The
committee awarded Stacy Schumacher $1000 from the Joy Scholarship fund. She is
pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Central Missouri
State.
In
conjunction with our celebration of our 65th anniversary here at
BRPC we will seek donations to our Endowment Fund. We have a little over $1600
in the fund and would like to see it grow.
The
committee would like to identify someone from the congregation who could be our
next treasurer. As you know, Paul and Sue will be moving to Dallas sometime
next year and we would like Paul to be able to give some training to the next
treasurer.
Discussed
plans for fall Stewardship.
Next
meeting: Due to some conflicts the next meeting will be on Sept. 9 at 6PM.
